The Easy Wheels were launched by Brompton,
they help your Brompton to be able to stand and move after folded.

Following is the evolution of easy wheels.
First, you have to take off the original Brompton easy wheels.
They were installed with either slot or hex screws.
You will need to heat them up before you can move them off because they were glued.

Because it is so easy to change the easy wheels, Brompton launched the cookie easy wheels for owners to enjoy changing their Bromptons. One advantage of the cookie easy wheels is that you will not kick the easy wheels during riding. Another function of the cookie easy wheels is that they can lift up the bike from the ground after folded.
Taiwan's company - Imperium launched their first generation easy wheels years ago.
They are with colorful bearings and wheels for customers to choose.

With or without installing the easy wheels,
you will find out a problem after your Brompton is folded:
the damper and the grips were very close to the floor.
And you may find out some scratches of your damper and grips.
In order to solve the problem, bigger easy wheels were needed.
Then here comes the second problem: the front wheel cannot touch the floor after folded.
Normally, the front wheel holds the weight of the crankset, chain, tension devices, lights, handle bar, fork, forepart of the bike, etc.
So you will need something like this wide to hold your Brompton.

The cost of the bar was 96 EUR. BIKEfun found out that the product could be improved both on weight and price. After months of testing with our CNC factory partner, BIKEfun made our own product with better quality and with lower price.
The metal part is polished and then anodized so the color is like the Brompton brakes.
With full CNC process, it shows great metal texture.

The main body were made of 7075 and 6061 aluminum, weight only 89g.
The axis is with lock device, so it won't contract when you move the folded bike.

Brompton's frames were handmade, so there are inaccuracy on the frames.
BIKEfun's CNC products are without inaccuracy, therefore, we set the product suitable for Bromptons with bracket size between 113~116mm.
Before you order our product, please make sure the width of your Bormpton's bracket is between 113~116mm.
